Comprehensive Maintenance Service For Spiral Waste Bin System (Contract Basis)
Our comprehensive maintenance service is a specially designed maintenance programme to ensure that the Spiral Waste Bin (SWB) System is in optimal working condition at all times. The SWB System is serviced on a monthly basis according to our scheduled maintenance checklist ( see Checklist A ). With the exception of negligence, misuse or accident, we shall be responsible for the replacement of ALL spare parts necessary for the proper operation of the equipment at no extra cost to the customer and we shall perform all works necessary to operate and keep the equipment in a good and proper condition. The scope of work includes the systematic replacement of worn parts such as the inlet gate rubber seals, limit switches, sliding plate bearings, overload switches, electric contactors with monthly inspection and bi-monthly lubrication during the contract period at the unit’s location.
Preventive Maintenance Service For Spiral Waste Bin System (Contract Basis)
Our preventive maintenance service is designed to ensure that the Spiral Waste Bin (SWB) System is properly serviced and in optimal working condition at all times. The SWB System is serviced on a monthly basis and lubricated on a bi-monthly basis according to our scheduled maintenance checklist ( see Checklist A ). The replacement of spare parts or material necessary for the proper operation of the equipment shall be reported and approval obtained prior to remedial work being carried out.
